We strive to provide exceptional service and ensure the timely completion of all projects. However, please review our refund policy below regarding the 28-day service window:

1. Refund eligibility
We offer a full refund for services within the first 28 days from the date of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

· The work has not started or been completed.

· The cancellation is initiated before any work has been done, arranged or otherwise or in the case of material delays outside of our control.

2. Delays caused by the Customer
If the project is delayed due to actions or inactions of the customer (e.g, failure to provide necessary information, approvals, or materials), the refund will not be issued. The 28-day period will be adjusted based on the scheduled project start date, and funds will not be requested before required to arrange the project. The 28- day period starts when funds are received. The project will be rescheduled accordingly, but no refund will be issued for the delay caused by the customer. 

3. Non-Refundable Labour
Once any labour, third-party services, or external contractors have been outsourced or booked in relation to your project, this portion of the service is non-refundable. If the project is cancelled after outsourcing or booking, the associated costs for these services will be deducted from the refund, if applicable. For example, if specific contractors or services have been confirmed, those costs are considered non-refundable.
 

4. No Refund Policy After Completion
Once the service has been completed, or the 28-day period has passed, refunds will not be issued. If the service is delayed due to reasons beyond our control, we will work with the customer to reschedule and complete the service as soon as possible.

5. Communication & Adjustments
We encourage open communication throughout the project timeline. If there are any issues or concerns regarding the timeline or service, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to resolve the matter promptly.
